Add terminal emulation

Will give the possibility to launch directly application like gdb without first starting a shell. DONE Yes check.png. See [PR#100] and [PR#107]

Resource Editor

Develop a small tools (ie CTKResEdit) that could be used to change the icon embedded in a window executable. DONE Yes check.png. See https://github.com/jcfr/ResEdit/
